      Domfront is a Normand village located in Orne department. It is famous for his Medieval city which is one of the \u201cMost Beautiful Detours of France\u201d and one of the \u201cSmall city of Caracter\u201d. Aside of its rich History, Domfront is also reputed for its local products, especially for Poir\u00e9, a certain type of Cider.<\/p>\n

      These rich local products constantly influence Jerome\u2019s Cuisine. Located at around one hour of Mont Saint Michel, J\u00e9rome often go fishing for the best products of the region! Thanks to his producers, he finds over there delicious scallops and other shellfishes such as clams.<\/p>\n

      Another local Normand\u2019s specialty is its land with some famous products such as le Poir\u00e9 that can be tasted like a cider but also used as a vinegar for various fine and astonishing seasonings.<\/p>\n

      The Normand cow is well-known for its savory parsley meat but also for the quality of its milk that results in delicious cheeses\u2026<\/p>\n
