The 6 New York Restaurant

Between tradition and modernity

Jérome Gangneux''s recipes are between tradition and modernity, they convey the cooking of the " revisited local cooking customs ".

His course, marked out by studed houses, passed on to him the taste and the knowledge that he offers to his dinner guests every day.

A big respect of the products

Jerome Gangneux, from Basse Normandie, has kept from his surburban childhood, the taste of the simplicity of the flavor’s harmony, and above all, respect of the products.

He maintains privileged relationships with his suppliers, often small producers, in particuler with his favourite farmer Joel THIEBAULT : the king of former vegetables.

Lunch’s atmosphere

Bathed by light thanks to its wide glass windows, the room of 6 New York is a pleasant area of rest and serenity, which gives sight towards the Seine or towards the pleasant bamboo garden.

As a set of transparency, the bronze blinds filter the excitement of the city, conferring in 6 New York a warm atmosphere.

Diner’s atmosphere

At night fall, the illuminated Eiffel Tower offers a unique show.

The softness of the more intimate lighting makes the city lights take all of its scale.
